Pour & blend your own glass

Pour from any of the four taps, tweak the ratio, and watch the color change. Mix two or three for a house blend, then share it with the Wine Day crew.

Just for fun, and the guide covers general styles, not specific bottles. Winemakers blend before bottling. At the table, the classic mixes are spritzers and rosé bubbly. Please enjoy responsibly (21+).

Wine Day Every Day

Reasons to raise a glass all year

May 25 is the main event, but the calendar is full of excuses. Here are some of our favorites — fan-favorite “wine days” plus seasons and holidays made for a bottle.

Most of these are unofficial, fan-celebrated days, and dates for “Xth weekday” days are worked out for the current year.

About the day

Why May 25?

National Wine Day is an unofficial, fan-driven celebration observed in the U.S. every May 25 — 5.25 — right as spring turns to patio season. There’s no proclamation or governing body behind it, just a simple idea: open a bottle, share it with people you like, and tip your glass to everyone who grows, makes, and pours wine.

It’s not to be confused with National Drink Wine Day on February 18, or the red (Aug 28) and white (Aug 4) wine days later in the year. We figure that’s just more chances to celebrate.

How to celebrate

  1. Open something you’ve been saving. Today’s the occasion.
  2. Visit a local winery or wine shop and ask for their favorite.
  3. Share your pour with #NationalWineDay — and tag us on Facebook.
  4. Toast responsibly. Plan a ride, drink water, and enjoy.
